Kelley Barnes
Director, Community Engagement, Oklahoma City Community Foundation
Kelley Barnes was born and raised in Oklahoma City. A passionate advocate for charitable organizations, since 1997 she has devoted her career to help nonprofits craft and implement fundraising strategies that have raised millions of dollars for capital, endowment and general operations. She currently serves as the director of community engagement at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation, where she oversees the foundation’s program initiatives with an eye toward connecting donors to causes that they care about most. Previously, she spent four years as the director of development for the Myriad Gardens Foundation, serving on the leadership team and building a fundraising structure to transition the foundation to a public/private partnership. Kelley volunteers for an animal rescue group and enjoys art, opera, margaritas and the great outdoors with frequent trips to Santa Fe, New Mexico, where she lived for 10 years working as the director of advancement and administration for the National Dance Institute of New Mexico.
