Rachel Dreskin

Rachel serves as CEO of the Plant Based Foods Association where she oversees the associations work of creating a strong foundation for the plant based foods industry to scale and thrive. Prior to joining the Plant Based Foods Association, Rachel was the US Executive Director at Compassion in World Farming where she worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies to incorporate and strengthen animal welfare within corporate sustainability programs. As CEO, Rachel leads PBFA’s efforts to empower the industry by advocating for government policies that allow fair competition, while expanding market opportunities for retail, distribution, and foodservice to support the continued growth of the plant-based foods industry. Rachel also serves as Co-Chair of Global Animal Partnership and as a Board member of the Regenerative Organic Alliance, has guest lectured at top US universities like Stanford, University of California, Santa Cruz and University of Delaware, and has been featured in Bloomberg, Fortune Magazine, the Chicago Tribune, and more.
